About Poiesis

Inspired by the Greek word for “creation,” Poiesis celebrates the creativity in every student. Hosted by Sacred Heart Girls' High School, it is a platform to showcase talent across dance, music, art, fashion, and more.

Rules & Guidelines

General Rules

Eligibility: Grades 9–12 & Undergraduates (1st–3rd year).

Be present at Gate 20/21 (Residency Road) by 8:30 AM for registration confirmation.

On-spot registrations close at 10:30 AM.

Bags are subject to checking.

Valid photo ID (school/college/government) is mandatory for entry.

Entry stamps must be visible at all times.

Conduct & Attire

Do not wear your institution's uniform.

Inappropriate attire, conduct, vulgarity, or mockery will lead to disqualification or other serious action.

Follow instructions from event heads and volunteers.

Dress code: Trousers and sleeved shirts only. Shorts, skirts, sleeveless, or ripped clothing is prohibited.

Restricted Items

No weaponry (knives, scissors, etc.).

No inflammable substances (deodorants, perfumes).

No illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, vapes, etc.).

No outside food, drinks, or water bottles.
